Cross-cultural Team Building

This training aims to increase participants’ knowledge and awareness of their own culture as well as cultural patterns in others. Values and expectations change from culture to culture and are often implicit. Misunderstandings are therefore bound to occur, and may sometimes even go unnoticed. This training provides participants with the theoretical basis as well as practical advice on how to recognise and solve cultural issues when working in international teams.

All our training courses provide a well-balanced mixture of theory and practice. Role-plays, changes of perspectives, theoretical/scientific input, discussions and analyses are only some of the tools we use to make participants understand cultural issues on a mental as well as an emotional level.
